New SMT Machine Introduction   To meet current and future customers request in production capacity ,we will replace a new high-speed mount machine of Panasonic CM602-L in October,2010. The speed is more 2 times faster than original high-speed mount machine of Panasonic BM-123. In addition,the machine size is small that can benefit from a minimum space for maximum capacity.We expect to arrange a trial-run production in October and mass production in November.I believe that the SMT production capacity will be effectively raised when the new CM602-L machine is added in production line.               Following is the performance of the new machine CM602-L introduction :                 PCB size corresponds to 50 * 50 ~ 510 * 460mm.                 There are three types Head group, we selected the N12 and N8's head type base on our request :                      N12: High-speed and small parts Head that is corresponding to part dimensions are 01005 ~ 12 * 12 mm,          CPH: 100,000.                  N8: Small to medium speed parts HEAD that is corresponding to part dimensions are 0201 ~ 32 * 32 mm,          CPH: 75,000.                    N3: Large to medium-speed special-shaped parts HEAD that is corresponding to part dimensions are          0201 ~ 100 * 90 mm.                    There are five major characteristics of the advantages inCM602-L :                     1.
